Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

• During busy periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 1-3 Working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Born Pretty NZ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Deliveries

We take care to package all orders securely before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

To assist with any investigation, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of any damaged items and packaging (for damage claims)

• Any relevant delivery information

Claim Timeframes

As our courier partners have strict claim timeframes, customers must notify us within the following periods:

• Damaged items: Within 7 days of delivery

• Lost parcels: Within 14 days of dispatch

Claims reported outside these timeframes may not be eligible for investigation or compensation by the courier.

While we will do our best to assist customers, all claims are subject to the courier's investigation process and determination.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Born Pretty NZ, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including where:

• You no longer want the item.

• You ordered the wrong product.

• You ordered the wrong colour, style or size.

• The item is not suitable for your intended use.

• You found the item cheaper elsewhere.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Faulty

• Damaged during transit

• Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

• A video of parcel opening

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy which may include:

• Replacement

• Store credit

• Refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, Born Pretty NZ will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange an appropriate resolution.

New Zealand Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
